Mobiania in the HOI4 Earth chronology
The HOI4 Earth chronology is a separate version of Mobian history in which the Mobian arrival on Earth occurs in 1936, corresponding to 3246.

General situation#
Mobiania appears on Earth in 1936 / 3246 in the later approved scenario description. Initial population is approximately 30 000 Mobians. The principal foothold is associated with Cornwall and Devon, which Mobians call the county of Foxwall / Foxwall, part of the Empire.

The border with Britain runs through eastern Devon. It is militarised and ordinary contacts are restricted. Mobiania has a technological advantage but a small population. Mobiania regards the territory as its own county.
Administration#
The six ministries remain the foundation of the state. A Parliament of 120 deputies is provided, but elections have not yet been held; key issues are decided by referendum.
Prime Minister is a provided office kept vacant to maintain balance between Royalemo, UniMob and MFU. Upon appointment, the Prime Minister is associated with ISS leadership. Melissa de facto oversees ISS on the Emperor's behalf. This is a separate administrative model for this timeline.

The later MFU name is Mobian Frontline Union. Mobian Fascist Union is the party's former designation; it is not substituted as its current Mobian name.
Britain, fleet and technology#
The tenth anniversary and war with Britain belong to the end of 3246 / 1936 in the Earth chronology. By spring-summer 3247 / 1937, war is in full swing. By the end of the relevant third chapter, Mobiania has exactly three destroyers; one hull takes about half a year to build. The British fleet is many times larger.
Mobiania's advantage is not described as possession of an invented mass fleet. Detailed ship names, laying-down dates and outcomes of naval battles have not been established.
A research complex at Fort-Foxmouth is associated with Mental Rest, offering aviation, naval or ground development. Choosing a direction in the game does not mean all three complexes were built simultaneously in one historical chronicle.
James Wilson#
Wilson was originally associated with British officialdom. He entered Mobian service, agreed to scientific transfurmation and became an arctic fox. In the mod he is an operative and political resource in the British setting. Different versions of Earth history may send him into intelligence, internal service or the armed forces.
