Decree 092 provides support for Mobian foxes known as “fembovarians” affected by the discriminatory policy of the Thousand-Year Empire.
The decree condemns the Thousand-Year Empire’s discriminatory policy for its ideological proximity to Nazism. Assistance is granted to Mobian subject George Clifford, representing the foxes known as “fembovarians” and living in so-called Fembovaria, ruled by his sister Aoi Clifford. Mobiania does not recognise this pseudo-state entity as a state.
