Cadastral acts after the territorial move
Decree 089 repealed cadastral Decrees 077 and 078 following territorial changes.
The earlier cadastral regulations remain available as historical records. Their presence in the register does not mean that they continue to apply unchanged.
The decree expressly does not decide ownership of plots in the territory actually occupied. Repeal of the former cadastral system does not itself establish new land rights.
