Mobiania in the Foxward III period
The Foxward III period is the stage of Mobian history in 3246 that includes territorial changes and the September personnel and legal decisions.

Foxward season III continues in 3246. Old UN, NATO and NSUSA structures from the previous season are not transferred to the current foreign-relations profile. Contacts with so-called Fembovaria, New Japan and Nordlicht remain; the particular level of relations is established by new documents.
Mobotropolis was physically moved to new territory; the former cadastral scheme ceased to apply. Decree 089 of 04/09/3246 terminates Decrees 077 and 078 and the cadastral register regulations. It expressly does not decide ownership of plots in the territory actually occupied.

Decree 092 assesses the discriminatory policy of the Thousand-Year Empire, previously known to Mobian authorities as Nordlicht, as close to Nazism. The act itself does not decide whether these states are identical or successors. Old military uniform kits and volunteers are prescribed. Quantitative service information and differences between editions do not replace the public text.
