The MFA report describes contacts with Nordlicht, NSUSA, Karelia, Everglow, New Japan, Weisshafen and Hexagonia. An economic agreement and non-aggression pact with Karelia are confirmed; the idea of an embassy in Weisshafen was agreed, but the report does not confirm completed construction. NSUSA and New Japan appear as NATO-side signatories. Political assessments of counterparts in the report are the document author's position, not an external neutral classification.
