James Wilson

His biography is divided by timeline. In MineTown he is associated with the British state setting, SBKR, then administration of London; Elizabeth later became Mayor. In HOI4 he is a British official who entered Mobian service and voluntarily agreed to transfurmation. His possible mod roles are an operative against Britain or service within Mobiania.

Appearance after transfurmation: an arctic fox with short rounded ears, black curls above shoulder length and long sideburns; grey or blue-green clothing. The full expansion of SBKR and exact dates of all appointments have not been recovered.
