Fiona Vulpshire

A Mobian vixen and one of the Emperor's oldest allies; General Prosecutor and the fangs of the law in the historical and Earth chronologies. Her image is associated with prosecution, enforcement of law and protection of the Emperor.

In the early setting she bore the surname Prower and was regarded as Miles's adopted elder sister; later she is identified as the wife of George Prower. These biographical facts do not make every historical staffing record identical across worlds.

Following a severe injury she was cybernetically reconstructed by the Emperor's decision, preserving her consciousness. Established prostheses include part of her head and an artificial eye, mechanical right front and back paws, replacement of the heart with a pump, intravenous nutrition and disabled pain sensitivity. Fiona nevertheless remains a Mobian, not an AI android.

A current appointment of Fiona as General Prosecutor specifically in Foxward III has not been confirmed by a new decree. Her general character title is therefore not substituted for the vacancy in this world's documentary staffing history.
