Melissa Prower

Empress Consort, wife of Miles I Prower and a significant public and cultural symbol of Mobiania. Before marriage she was Melissa Foxmit. The Latin spelling of her maiden name has not been recovered from the original dossier.

Birth date: 25/11/3237. She comes from the Kingdom of Mercia, from a minor untitled noble family. She met Miles in 3243, married and became Empress Consort on 19/04/3244. Her residence is associated with Mobotropolis.

As of 25/11/3245, her social age is established as 45 years. Calendar and biological age figures differ; they are not reduced to an artificially calculated single number. Melissa is described as an adult vixen.

Appearance: a short red vixen with a rounded physique, amber eyes, long thick light-brown hair with a fringe, white fur on the snout and body, a large red tail with a white tip and black areas on her paws. Blue gloves and boots are part of her established visual appearance. A particular outfit is not declared the sole permissible state uniform without a separate act.

Speech: a gentle voice, stylised Old English, and a pre-revolutionary register with diminutives in Russian translation. Her public image combines naivety, emotionality and a notable cultural role. Her biography records former communist beliefs and a transition to conservative monarchism.

Melissa is not a co-ruler. Decree 074 of 16/12/3245 appointed her the Emperor's deputy within the ISS; Decree 080 includes her in the Vox Vulpi editorial office. She was the authorised fox in the historical cadastral system. Her connection with Royalemo is developed in HOI4 party history.
