Call an election, give us a chance to put forward candidates, and then compare how everyone performs. As it stands, you first prevent anyone from taking a seat in parliament, then hold that very fact against them. Pretty convenient, Milesy.

Under Decree № 094 of the Emperor of Mobiania, the 11 October deadline applies to the actions "develop", "determine" and "consider". I do not see the word "publish" there.

In my post #65, the 11 October deadline likewise applies to "Prepare a decree", rather than "Issue and publish a decree".

Yes, the decree has been prepared. No, I will not show it to you. It is being reviewed or something like that. Do not worry; until it is published, it has no legal force anyway.

There are exactly two months left until Mobiania's tenth anniversary. Several documents are on today's agenda.

Prepare a decree awarding Catherine her next class rank. I will issue it after she registers on VulpiNet.

Prepare a decree implementing Decree №094: the basic principles governing VulpiNet, development priorities through the end of the year, and a decision on access for foreign subjects, citizens and stateless individuals. The deadline is tomorrow, inclusive.

Finish the electronic subjectship application form.

Prepare regulations on subjectship as the basis for a future constitutional or Imperial law. The law itself must be adopted through the prescribed procedure.

And finally, prepare the Statute of the Order of Melissa. An award with such a history is long overdue for a properly documented statute.

Today is 12 October. The promised decree implementing Decree №094 was supposed to have been prepared by yesterday, inclusive. We still have not seen it.

There are less than two months left until Mobiania's tenth anniversary. We would like to mark the anniversary with fulfilled promises, rather than yet another explanation of why we misunderstood the Emperor.

We remember the promises made for the seventh anniversary. For the ninth anniversary, the educational video "What Is Mobiania?" was supposed to be released on 10 December 3245. It was only completed and published by 12 December.

What grounds are there for believing the Emperor will not screw Mobiania over yet again this time?
