Artefacts: the Ruby and seven Emeralds
The Phantom Ruby and the Chaos Emeralds have different relationships with the Emperor.
An agreement was reached with the Ruby; the account does not describe its enslavement. Miles possesses all seven Chaos Emeralds.
The Emperor spent a long time learning to interact with the Ruby, including preventing unwanted spatial transitions. Details of the artefacts are available in Mobiannica’s technology section.
