Ten ranks of unified state service
The unified rank system connects state service and military hierarchy while preserving their distinctions.
Decree 058 of 09/12/3243 introduced the unified system from 10 December. The archive contains its ten ranks and corresponding military titles.
The modern fourth army rank is ensign with bronze insignia, not a commissioned officer rank. The earlier table is preserved separately as a historical edition.
